Christopher was super nice to wait for me to arrive (my appointment was at 5 PM and I called ahead to let them know I was 15 minutes behind but showed up half an hour late due to traffic). He quoted that he would be less than an hour on getting my state inspection done and sure enough it was done very quickly! I appreciate the quick service and being patient while I was running behind.

bringing my jeep there for its first oil change was a terrible bad experience your employees don’t give a **** they wasted my **** time I spent all afternoon waiting for a **** oil change
you’re a moron that wrote the oil change order left it on the truck and everybody got in front of it I brought it in my appointment was at 1:30 I could not get my goddamn truck until after 430 waiting there all of your useless bastard employees. when the recession hits you’re gonna be the first want to go bankrupt with this kind of service. wasted an entire afternoon because of your useless management you need new managers to manager employees they are not doing their job. did an offer to compensate me with a free oil change they just said it was because of the pandemic they can’t get any good help. you’re competitor is don’t seem to have this problem of getting good people only you do
