Jody was good and service was completed properly and at a good price. But check in is unclear and creates wandering customers which isn’t ideal. Also, the wash included was very poor. If you are going to offer a wash, do it well or don’t offer it as a perk. Delivering me a partially cleaned truck where 2 of 4 wheels and dirt still on the center of the hood and all over the tailgate is pointless. I saw several other vehicles waiting that seem poorly cleaned.

There was a long line of cars when we arrived shortly before our appointment. After waiting for a few minutes for our assigned service rep. Isaac was kind enough to take care of us. He appreciated that we had just driven in from Henderson NV that morning to get our regular Zactek done here. We did not have to wait long after that when he called us to let us know it was done
