Pete was great and did his job and customer service exceptionally well.
I also want to tell you how happy I was with Eddie S who made an appointment for me. I mentioned to him my SYNC wasnt working. When I ask my car to call someone it quit working. He told me he thought he could help me with that and he took the time to get it to work. He went beyond what was expected since very few companies truly offer exceptional customer service anymore.
