ONLY: You gave us a loaner, however it didn't have cruise! Can't imagine! I had to wash inside of windshield with vinegar water, it was so film. Friends of ours got a loaner from Don Vance Ford in Marshfield. Loaner was new truck, like kind as the one they purchased and had to bring in for reason. You need to update your loaners and policies, as we could neither put on more than 400 miles without getting extension and then could not go over 700 miles. We love South of marshfield and we are in springfield all the time. Don Vance didn't treat their customer that way eithet!. Better reconsider your policies

Aaron was awesome...he made sure my vehicle was repaired properly and in a timely manner. The shuttle lady, however, was very rude and disrespectful. After Aaron had my name on the list and waiting over an hour for a ride home, I went to see how much longer I was going to have to wait for the shuttle ride. The shuttle lady stated to me very rudely...”I’ve been in traffic...where do you live?”. She then told me, after waiting an hour, you live too far away...sorry! I said...Aaron promised me a ride home...I have no one to pick me up. She then went to Aaron and I guress complained to him...she then returned and walked right past me without saying a word to me. Aaron then said he would take care of me, so he got another worker, named Matt, to drive me home. Matt was a very nice young man who was very respectful and kind.

We are from NM, visiting my son and his family. Before we left, the car heater quit working. There wasn’t time for the Ford dealership in our home town to repair it so as soon as we arrived, I called Grapevine Ford to schedule an appt. Aaron McBride answered my call and scheduled a day and time to bring the car in. He helped me arrange a rental car for my use during the diagnostic and repair. 24 hours later he called to tell me the car was ready. I appreciate his friendly manner & professionalism plus quickness in fixing the car. Well done!
