I think Nick does a great job with one-on-one communication. It definitely didn't feel as if he was yanking my chain on anything, and sincerely addressed my concerns. He went above and beyond my initial expectations, and I am very grateful for his help. While sometimes it was a bit tough to get a hold of him, I would not hold him accountable for this misstep whatsoever. I understand Reliable Chevrolet has a large amount of volume, and you do your best to accommodate all of your customers wants and needs. I appreciate that especially because it means I don't have to drive all the way to Aurora. :) However, the reason I don't blame Nick for the difficulties in correspondence is because it isn't explicitly his job to make sure things don't fall through the cracks. His job, from my perspective, is to take care of me, which I think he did very well, when I got a hold of him. And people get busy, they forget, or all hell breaks loose; so even from a management perspective, I can understand things falling through the cracks. I wanted to say a lot of this because I've heard you guys get a bad wrap for a long time, and I think that's a shame because everyone I've interacted with when I'm in the building is kind, attentive, and I believe is really there to help me out. The negative image I think stems from organization, which is the responsibility of management. You guys have an incredible staff; kind, courteous, and hard working. I hate to see them have a bad reputation because of something as simple as, "Set a reminder to call this person back at X time." Overall, I've had a pretty reliable experience ;) and I'd like to continue to bring my vehicles there, while confidently recommending your business to other people. I was told when I bought the vehicle that the 1st oil change was free. Eddie asked me if I received a coupon and I said yes but that I didn’t have it with me. Eddie then did a walk around and checked tires and whatever. He showed me 3 options for the 5,000mi service, I think the prices were $$50 something, $70 something and $120 something. I said the lowest one was fine and that I had a $30 something credit in my account. I booked this service a bout a week ago, got the 7am spot and I was 1st in line this morning at about 6:45am. I got out of there about 7:15. Seems a little long for what was done. When it was time to pay, the price was $50 something after the $30 something credit. I asked Eddi why it was $50 something and he said it was because it was a package.. I said whatever because I needed to get to work. So, no, not completely, satisfied. Not even close.
