I was to have the paint protection applied to my vehicle. I say was supposed to have because I do not believe it happened. There is still this black smear on the passenger's side I cannot believe my car even got fully washed. From past experience having the paint protection applied it takes a few hours to have it applied then dried, my car with other work done was finished in less than 2 hours. I'm scared to know what else has been claimed to been worked on for that matter im scared for everything that has happened to my vehicle in your possession. I had major work done by this dealership costing me hundreds and when I got my car back it died 1 mile down the road. When I had it towed back to your shop I was told it must be a preexisting condition and was charged over another hundred dollars. It turned out your mechanics didn't plug all my spark plugs back in.
