I had my Lincoln in for inspection and the works oil change and an updated SD card. Bridgett first listened to all of my concerns then began a plan of action. After I was satisfied with what need to be done, she set me up in an area where I could get some online training done while I waited. When the car was ready, Bridgett went with me to install and test the new SD card. Although the new SD card did not solve the concerns I had about the navigation and phone system I was completely satisfied with her efforts. Bridgett went above and beyond. A great experience.
