Very disappointed that I had an appointment at 10 am, dropped my car off at 9:45 then five hours later Jorge calls me to say my car hasn’t been looked at because you guys have been busy all week. He couldn’t even tell me if my car would be looked at the following day and had me leave my car overnight. He was very dismissive to me, gave me no answers at resolutions. I then had to get my husband involved which I shouldn’t have had to. Then my car all of s sudden was being looked at. We had to contact your team once again just to find out if the parts were in and if I was actually getting my car fixed or not. I purchased my car at Midway, have been going to you guys for three years since, I have never been treated in such a dismissive manner and disregard as a customer. Sadly not once did anyone apologize. We will not be returning to your team for service or dealership. Jorge needs to learn to speak professionally, have more knowledge and resolutions when handling customers, I took my car to be fixed because I work and need my transportation, I trusted this business as do other consumers.
