Service advisor Jason Valadez is very knowledgeable about FCA products. Jason really listens and makes sure that all my concerns were noted and addressed. Jason is not fast to give you a runaround answer to get rid of you, quite the contrary, he'll make sure that my concern is looked at again when I still casted doubt. I'm comfortable talking to Jason about everything I want to do to the car, modifications included, making sure that I wouldn't be voiding the warranty.

My overall experience was ok. But I just didn’t have the best experience when I dropped off my vehicle. The service advisor was clearly busy ordering Uber’s for other customers while trying to help me at the same time. I was trying to explain to him the issue I was having with my car but it seemed like he was preoccupied with whatever he was doing and didn’t really acknowledge what I was telling him. Also, I had an appointment at 1:15 and he told me that yes the diagnostic was free for an hour but it could be 2-3 hours before my car was looked at. He also told me it might not be done today because the shop closes at 4 and they might need to hold it until Monday. I found out later that they did not close at 4 but instead at 5 so I’m not sure why he told me that. I ended up picking my car up around 4:30 so it ended up being a non issue. But at the time it made me wonder why appointments are even made if it’s going to be hours before they get to look at your car. Like I said I did end up having an ok experience but the customer service was lacking. I used to be in customer service so I know everyone has their off days, I just think it may be a learning experience for that advisor to be fully engaged with his customers at the time and not be working on too many things at once.
