Aaron told me I could wait, that it didn't take long at all. I waited 2 hours, and then asked him how much longer? He's called the mechanics, and they told him another 1 1/2 hours before it would be finished. I would have appreciated a heads up from Aaron about the delay because by then, I had only 40 minutes to get to work. I told him I needed some kind of ride to get home so I could get ready for work. He's did show me where to sign up for a ride. I did get home ok, fortunately, I live only 10 minutes away. I barely made it to work on time. I think a little more attention given to the customer when told it will only take a short time and it doesn't, would be great. I texted Aaron before I sought him out to see what was taking so long, but he didn't respond. Maybe he was covered up with a lot of customers and didn't have time. He'd was nice to me, but unaware of the long time I had waited. Again, he may have too much work to handle, and can't pay attention to the time each person is waiting.
