Only one comment, I had my jeep in last week for an oil change and they told me I needed back brakes, that's why I brought it in today. But when they were replacing my brakes, I got a call that I should do service on my throttle body. Why wasn't I told this last week when they told me about the brakes, and why would they be looking at my throttle body while doing a brake job?

Jeremy offered excellent customer service on Friday. He was professional, courteous and did all the right things. The only negative is that Management and/or Lincoln apparently push service people to sell “Inspection Recommendations” and “Previously Deferred Recommendations” which in my case totaled $4,023.83. Everyone I come here I am told a time frame that is never within range. I came to try this place again after being disappointed and once again, they did not tell me that my car would not be done until the next day, after telling me a couple hours. I did get a rental car to use to get to work but they really need communication skills.
