If this is regarding the warranty work that was done on my Jeep SRT...
After the 5th contact attempting to get warranty work done under the 3 month 3k mike warranty sold with CPO vehicles at Airpark, I was able to get my issue covered courtesy of Chris (F/I) contacting the director of the dealership to pass me off to the service manager. All other staff including and not limited to sales associate (Joana), sales managers in front left office, and service staffing were incompetent to help me in any way shape or form. Sales associate blatantly lied to me as if I had already purchased vehicle and I was of 0 importance afterwards, talked down to by the sales managers, and simply told to find out how to get coverage on my own by the service employee under the 3 month 3k mile warranty sold with vehicle.
When I dropped my Jeep off for service I had just washed, waxed, and detailed it. The service department had the vehicle for a little over 24 hours and gave back the vehicle with loads of brake dust all over the wheels, water marks all over the paint and windows, and dirt on the interior floor of the vehicle. That was managed in 24 hours, scared to see what would come of a serious service job.
All in all, my family and friends have purchased multiple vehicles, SRT Jeeps, Demon, Wranglers, and Porsche Macan S from this particular dealership. If I would recommend this place to another? Most likely at this point I would say no. I was pleased with the sales process and help I received in the initial greet and prior to purchase, well tuned machine in that matter, however follow up and customer service post purchase was one of the worst retail experiences I have ever received. I hope this is addressed internally.
