Scott was great the only complaint I have is with your team that takes appointments I always see Drew Jacobson when Icome in for service. They told me he would be in, wrong, it was his day off. I hope that does not happen again.

Was quoted $169 for battery replacement. Surprised with bill at checkout over $200. When I ask for a quote before service is performed, I expect to receive an accurate number with explanation of any additional charges. The cashier should not have to defend the service advisors lack of transparency.
