Hung up on my wife. Why would that be done? If this experience represents Ford customer service, I think I will be going next door and getting a Toyota. 20+ years of buying, selling, and servicing automobiles, our family have never been treated this poorly. Additionally, 20 minutes after leaving the facility, the check engine light came on. Upon contacting the dealership, no concern was shown and was transferred to leave a voicemail. Once the service advisor called,again little concern was shown, and I was informed if I brought my vehicle in 3 days later they would "take a look". I truly hope this is not common practice, and subpar serivce is not the standard for Ford.

It was the worst service visit experience I have ever gone through. Along with finding out there is a 2 month wait to get a car detail that I was charged $2000 in my agreement that I was led to believe was a free included package. Overall very disappointed with Grapevine Ford.

Airpark did not follow through with my insurance company which I had contacted them prior to my appointment. I was charged twice for the window. The original window is tinted. Airpark Jeep Did not retint or ask me if I would like it to be re-tinted. When I asked about this later I was told the airport Dodge does not do tinting; however, hey tinting service operates at Airpark Jeep Your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. You would not be my first choice for service.

Pete Roshell was helpful and knowledgeable about my daughter’s car history that we bought at your dealership. The car wash wasn't as good as I would expect; especially before having the Zyrtec applied. Lauren did a great job of giving oversight to the work. It was all on the service guys, themself.

Horrible experience in service department. brought my vehicle there several times with an obvious concern to be told repeatedly everything was fine. It broke down twice and was towed the second time. Finally with the help of Jeep customer service and the excellent Moore dealership got issue resolved. The service department at Airpark needs an overhaul Very unprofessional and unhelpful
