I brought in my 2018 Chevy Camaro SS because it has been making a grinding noise in the rear slip differential. Not only did the Jesse Lugo lie to me by saying there was “metal shavings inside my rear slip differential” on Saturday but when I went up on Monday I was told by Jesse Lugo that they “couldn’t replicate the sound” so they determine there were no metal shavings. He also told me that GM doesn’t like to pay to have my car checked further until I bring it in to be serviced at least another time. Well, my car is still making the noise and I will be contacting GM directly to report this dealerships poor analysis of my car. If y’all are going to come to this conclusion when my car still makes the noises then maybe you should pay for a professional shop to truly diagnose the issue.

Spent $900 on a 60,000 mile service, asked for my truck to be washed and vacuumed. The work order said this service was done. This service was not done. Also service agent insisted on texting me versus calling me when an issue arose with my truck during the service. I work and texting is not a good form of communication, could have left a message. I used to get stellar service at Mideay but now am thinking I might change my dealership, even though I have bought multiple vehicles at Midway.

Andrew was great, best person I’ve had yet. But when they went to give the car wash they didn’t take the antenna off and and the car wash ripped it off and scraped up the passenger side of my car. Also chipping the windshield. This is the second bad experience I’ve had with grapevine ford 1st being stripping my oil plug and not saying anything, so when I went to change it I had to buy a new plug and pay extra for it to come off, and 2nd being this time. The service from the sales team is great like I said Andrew is a great worker and is keeping us updated and fixing problems in a timely manner.
