We made an appt to drop off our car for 2 recalls. Michael Lindley was my service rep. When I first dropped off my car he started talking about a airbag recall on our Ford Fusion and then asking me if I had ordered that part. Then when he got on the computer he found out that it did not have that recall. Then he told me that they should have those parts in stock and would call later that day. He did call but they did not have one of the parts and they would have to keep it until the next day. When I came to pick up the car he pulled out the paper work and headed over to the cashier. While we were in the process of checking out I figured out he had the wrong paper work. What should have been a quick in and out both in the morning and the next day was not the case. I thought that since we made the appt for the recalls that they parts would be in stock. I also have an expedition that I bring in to the service center. At this point I have only brought it in for oil changes and regular maintenance but have never had this kind of problem. I hope this is not what I can expect in the future.

Dropped my car off early and no one called me. Even though I asked how long the process was and he informed me he would call in 3 hours. I had to call myself to find out why it had taken 5hrs for an update. His reply was that he was too busy talking to people in person to call me. Horrible customer service. You can't take 2 mins to call me! Luckily I called at 5:30 just so I had enough time to get there before service department closed. Oh but don't worry he made sure to tell me that he was leaving at 6 and wanted to know if I was on my way. So no one was going to call me till service department closed? He sounded like he didn't even want to deal with me, like he was wanting me to arrive AFTER they left. He just kept mentioning he would leave my keys with sales even though I told him I would arrive before 6! Funny how he expected me to be there by close but I can't get a phone call my car is ready?! He also just handed me paper work telling me to sign in two different places...not explaining WHY just assumed I knew. Also when I showed up to get my vehicle he calls me some random girls name like he didn't even remember our phone call that I was on my way and would be arriving shortly. Also he has written on his glass cubical wall that " no one gets it done unless jesse gets it done" well obviously he is doing too much to provide good customer service! Horrible customer service. Horrible expirence.
