Jorge was great! Service was great! But you need to get your IT dept to add two different diesel oil changes. One for syn blend and one full syn oil. I pay for a full syn oil service, because the tech and parts dept only see diesel oil change on the RO, I have twice got the syn blend oil and then had come back once, and again yesterday had to wait for them to do the service again, waisting my time and your money. You need to have the two different services stated in the labor line as well as the parts discriprion. I want to continue using your dealership but I can’t keep wasting time over a simple fix. Again Jorge and your techs ROCK. Fix your IT so they can do better. Thanks
