My car has been making a beeping noise for about the past half year. It comes and goes, I took my car here in October and December but both times failed to find the problem. Not sure if this problem can ever be fixed. Today I took my car in for the 40,000 miles service. When I went to pick up my car it took a long time. I was told a couple people were ahead of me and asked me to wait inside in the waiting room. After awhile no one came to get me so I got up and asked. I then signed the papers at the counter, different than how I was treated nicely in an office in the past years I have been here. Then I sat outside on the bench waiting for someone to bring my car. It took awhile and my car never came. I got up and looked around and saw my car was parked in the front lot!!! Why wasn’t I notified? I went over to the service manager and asked and he was surprised that no one gave me my car key! Sigh! For the first time in years I certainly did not like the service I received at South County Lexus!!!

Mr. Eric Anderson is an exceptional Service Technician. I appreciate his advice and the attentiveness he provides when I need help with my Juke. Eric goes the extra mile to make sure my needs are met. Eric especially came through when I realized the paint on my car had been damaged, chipped a bit during the Zaktech coating today as I stopped to get gas I notced and immediately took a picture and phoned Eric, he asked me to text him the picture of the damage and said he would speak to his manager and call me back. He called me right back as promised and put me at ease, giving me the confidence, that this problem will handled and be taken care of, as he has done time and time again. Thanks Eric! This man deserves a promotion and/or a raise!!!
