It should NOT take over 15 minutes to wait just for a service advisor to come out... then over 20 minutes to wait for a service advisor to pick up a vehicle that was only there two hours and there was no charge.... not worth the frustration.... the check in and out process is a complete joke.... completely mismanaged and does not work.... why does it continue.... you must see the disfunction

The service total costs are too high in the future I will be taking my Lexus to another Lexus Dealer, telling my wife that replacing the two front tires coati $1,100 made no sense, look at the records and you will see your dealership replaced all four tires a few years back for that amount.
