If it were not for Ken, I would have given up on Cerritos Nissan based on my previous experience with another service advisor that is no longer there. Ken is patient and is really invested in providing top notch customer service. I always leave feeling very satisfied when I have Ken as a service advisor. He’s a keeper!

The dealership needs to maintain the car wash. The last 3 times I've been in for service the car wash has been down/broken. I can get my service done for same or lower price many other places. I come to Grapevine Ford for the additional customer benefit of getting my vehicle clean after being serviced. Its disappointing that this benefit is consistently broken.
