I am so disappointed in the service I received today. I was told it would take 3 to 4 hours. Five hours later, with no communication from Jesse the car was delivered to me. I really don't know if the service was done because the car was never washed. I was offered uber, but opted to wait. Again, he never came and talked to me that it was going to take longer. I am going to go to another dealership, Sands, and see if they will honor my warranty since I will NEVER go back to Midway.

When we purchased the truck and platinum warranty we were told the truck came with twice yearly "details".... our truck was spot cleaned at best and poorly vacuumed on the inside. The bed of the truck was still covered with dirt, the carpet was still dirty and there were spray spots on the plastic parts of interior floor. The dash was never even wiped down and the steering wheel was sticky which it was not before I brought it in. The exterior was covered in smeared water spots and the wheel bases still had dirt. They had the truck for 6 hours for maintenance and part of the appointment was for a detail that was no more than a poorly done wash. Dont tell customers your 5 thousand dollar warranty comes with a detail when I can spend 3 dollars a quick wash and get a better car wash than what I got at Grapevine Ford and I dont have to drive an hour or wait 6 hours for it to get done.
