Jorge was as helpful as a Service Associate could ever be (kudos!). On the other hand, price for a remote key (fob and blade) was outrageously high!

Glad they were able to fix my truck under warranty . Kept me posted on any updates . They got me a Uber to work after dropping my truck off. Only bad thing that it took me 3.5 days for them to fix everything , and when I got it back It looked like it was washed a day before and just sitting there since it wasn’t 100% clean.

Josh was very helpful and my vehicle was ready in a fair amount of time considering the work being performed.
I will say that your service area pushes too many “up-sales” of things that are not necessary. Battery service for a vehicle with 4k miles and I've had for 6 months is excessive. Tire rotation for a vehicle that shouldn't have the tires rotated makes no sense...
