Charlie is great--5 stars.
On the other hand, I brought my vehicle in on an appointment i made on Friday to get repaired on Saturday. They said they had their techs that could get it done. When I called Charlie late Saturday afternoon to see if it was ready, he informed me that nobody had told him my vehicle was there and nobody was working on it.
