My car was not fixed and it was with Chevy for 5 days. I paid for a diagnosis but nothing was diagnosed. When you put the key in to start the car it locks up. Not every time. Then while driving on high way all sudden the dash lights will go out and car will turn off and back on. This happens when I use blinkers or make hard turns. I once had it happen while going 60 on the hwy and some how managed to get my car to side of the road with out crashing. I was told they can’t recreate what happened and to bring it back if it happens again. What will Chevy do if this cause me to crash and it takes my life or worse someone else’s life. Will I be to blame since Chevy could not locate the problem. I want to say Debbie is nice and lovely every time I see her and this is not a reflection on her but rather a reflection on this Chevy dealership and Chevy in general. They are many videos online that show this happening to 2013 Malibu’s and many forums where others have talked about this issue. I don’t believe the team took my word for it nor did they research it when I told them to look it up. I’m frustrated so I have sent and email to corporate and Ashley at ky3 to see if Chevy will step in and fix this issue. I’m so upset and worried about driving my car for fear this will happen and I or someone else will get hurt. The tech guy offered to keep my car if I was worried and he said he keep looking but then said let’s see what Debbie says. She made it sound like I can take the car since they couldn’t find anything and then told me to come back should it happen again. Can’t do that if I crash the car can I ? I’m so aggravated. I can’t believe not one person can locate the issue or that my car and other customers with same issue haven’t heard a recall yet. My car has had nothing but issues since I bought it and mainly all electrical. I believe a ground issue or something when they replaced ECM panel. But who knows.
