Bringing your car in for repairs or maintenance is never an exciting time. From the time I drive up for service I am always immediately greeted, then walked to my service rep (Hassan) who walks me thru the entire process and gets me in and out quickly but not rushed and then continued to follow up with me until my car was ready.
