My son's truck was in for service & left HIS phone number. I was texted AND called--the mom--while I was in NYC! WHY wasn't my son called! It wasn't until I got off a plane to know my son's truck was ready for pick up, which was at the end of the day! And this isn't the first time the WRONG person was called! Of all people, my mother-in-law was called about my daughter's truck! Ridiculous! We're tired of this!
