Where I come from if you are given a price for an oil change that is what you pay plus tax. You don’t get a bunch of add ons after it. And when you add a charge for an oil additive that I didn’t ask for is completely wrong. Especially when I don’t know if the additive is approved by GM , and what does it do to my warranty? I have had battery checks every time I have brought my truck to my regular garage and never have all my settings erased. There is no reason to disconnect a battery for checking. You will not be seeing me at your garage ever again and I will be making a report to GM about your service.

Alex has been the best service consultant I’ve worked with since I’ve bought my car. He explained my multi car inspection check list, which has never been done before. He also wrote out the price points for each and explained the important of certain Maintainence on my vehicle. Alex gave me complete piece of mind that I was in good hands. Alex was personable and friendly as well. And lastly he updated all of my personal information on file, which has also never been done and I’ve been told in the past could not be done. Long story short, Alex Gomez is excellence in customer service and knowledge of your company. You need more people like him.
