My Jeep had to be towed to the dealership. It was received by Charlie. The process was easy. Jeep was repaired in a timely manner. Charlie kept me up to speed on the progress.

I have nothing but great things to say about John and the management at this location. When I came in to get my Jeep serviced, I was shocked when the repair was much more substantial than I was expecting. I explained my situation to John by saying I may need to put off the repairs for financial reasons. After I explained this, John noted that my car was just barely past my warranty that would have covered a cost like this. He went to management and was able to work out a deal that allowed me to make my repairs without breaking the bank. I'm deeply appreciative of the guys at Airpark for this gesture. It shows me they have a "customer first" approach and I will recommend them to anyone!
