I use Airpark for its convenience to my office. Only. The work seems satisfactory but it’s hard to tell. On my latest visit I wasn’t given a cost estimate of the recommended work. I postponed one of the items but the work still totaled $1,000 and I was not aware until I picked up the vehicle. Surprise, Surprise.

Took too long for appointment and work. I cannot make an appointment and allow my vehicles to sit untouched in a que. Next time I would appreciate not handing over a new car without a rental or to reschedule when the shop can promptly begin work at the appointment. Jody did well to keep me updated.

Derrick Parra has been the best advisor I have had with all my vehicles including different dealers. He has always been polite and professional. He addresses each and every issue and makes sure he understands all my issues and concerns. One thing that is most important to me and that anyone providing service should do is follow through with what they say they are going to do. Derrick does this to the best and highest level anyone could do. He absolutely follows through with and does EVERYTHING he says he will do. He is also sure to double check and verify issues that are covered under my warranty. My car has had multiple issues and recalls, etc. on my visit 3 months ago there was an issue that most advisors might say is not covered under my warranty. Derrick liked into this thoroughly and researched the issue to explain why it should be covered under warranty. At first the warranty company said no, but becasue Derrick is very knowledgeable in cars and how they work and understands the issues, he was able to explain why it should be covered and sure enough the warranty company could do nothing but cover it as it should have been. I hope he never leaves dodge airpark for as long as I am a customer. Thank you Derrick!!
