as long as Fiat is subject to the whims of Airpark Dodge service department, it will never be a stellar boutique dealership within a dealership. My service advisor Jon Tenney is very nice and well-intentioned, but after waiting 3 hours for a simple zaktek service, we together ask the cashier how this could be improved. she said there is no priority for customers waiting in the service lobby whose appointment does not include any other work, other cars can be put ahead of them. So they will do zaktek when it's convenient for them, not when it's convenient for the customer, which is never going to result in happy customers. Thankfully this was my sixth and final visit, and I won't be back.

It was very hard to get a hold of him I would call him four or five times a day and all he would do was text me when I wanted to talk to him I had Sandra and Jessica tried to talk to him I would get him at the end of the day but that's it this is the second time this problem has happened to my truck and I'm very much not happy with the mechanic that worked on it
