Pete was great, but no communication between the service advisor that took my call to change shuttle time to Pete. I was told shuttul would be punctual, but it wasn't. Due to lack of communication I had to pay an uber out if pocket. Lady that changed uber schedule completely disregarded my request.

B was great. Whoever did the repairs on my vehicle however melted a coolant hose protective cover dripping it onto the passenger side motor mount. I've since fixed it on my own.
