My truck went in for the paint coating when I got it back I had a small dent with some green paint in it and all the water spots from the rain the night before were still in my truck apparently the paint coating wasn’t done. However my service advisor did a great job

I came in for my reg oil and filter change. I was about 900 miles early bc I received a coupon that I wanted to use. I showed it to my service agent and he plugged it in and showed me I would owe 64.12. When all is said and done with at the checkout counter there is all of a sudden more hidden charges were racked on top. I should have been notified of these charges prior to services. This is horrible customer service and walked out of there feeling completely taken advantage of. How can it be one price and after the service another. Just doesn’t seem right and I don’t think I will be back. When all is said and done I walked out paying 76.14. It’s was close enough to original price of the oil change without the coupon.
