Bob took the time to address all my issues and everything was fixed when I came to pick up my car-unlike our last dealership. I would suggest anyone to see him for service on their vehicles.

Dropped my vehicle off at 9:00am for an oil change and interior detail. Was called that it was complete around 1-2. I arrived to pick up the vehicle at 3:00 the interior had not been touched... I’m a very busy person and did not want to return another day. Hugo did his best to remedy the situation they detailed the interior in a rush it took until approx 4:15. The part that was tough for me is that the detail job left much to be desired, the leather was not clean (the whole reason for the detail) parts were totally missed and still dirty. It was a very disappointing experience.

I will never buy another car from you, or have my jeep serviced with you.I had a 100,000 mile warranty and every time my car was serviced you tried to charge me. Today i asked for a quick wash. Nothing! I'm going to call jeep and complain about your poor service.

Someone was obviously driving my vehicle for more than the service. Steering wheel was lowered completely, air conditioner was on full blast, gauges were changed from when it was left, and there was McDonalds napkins on the passenger seat. I have not eaten at that place for well over a year. I have only had the vehicle since November, so I’m still looking for an answer as to why my vehicle had more done to it than was scheduled
