Eddie Sauceda was my service advisor and help today. I had my appointment at 8am. Eddie was already busy with two other customers. In the maybe 5 minutes I waited I was greeted by and checked on by at least 5 staff members. Everyone was on the ball. Eddie wrapped things up and we got my car in easy. Very professional and cool guy. I came in concerned about my brakes and after a mechanical inspection in the shop Eddie reported that other than some minor hotspots on the rotors my pads were still good to go. Oil changed, tires rotated and balanced, one car wash and I was out the door at 10:14. I'd say that's pretty good time ????
