My service representative Sheilah Keilman was most helpful in arranging for my service appointment and wonderful in keeping me updated on the status of the repairs on my vehicle (as I was traveling) and went the extra mile of following up to be sure that I had the opportunity to have my tires rotated as part of my service call!
