Mia was a complete professional. She was knowledgeable, listened to my concerns and quickly scheduled my car to be evaluated. Once my car was repaired she contacted me via Nissan messaging to inform me that my car was ready, but to allow a few moments to draw up the paperwork so I wouldn't have to wait; now that's efficient! I cannot say enough good things. It’s been one issue after another with my car from a motor vehicle accident and just normal wear and tear. Jorge **** always goes above and beyond.
Just today, he knew I had to take my rental back and when he hadn’t heard a call from me about getting an Uber ride back, he called me to follow up (hertz was busy). Jorge was SO busy himself and he followed up not once, but twice. Seriously was a white glove service for just a typical suburban. Thank you! After enough bumps in the road with repairs (nothing bad with Chevy), Jorge helped to make the Chevy portion smooth and easy.
