Josh was great..... but being charged for a system failure is still hard for me to comprehend. The insinuation of me doing something to the system was the premise behind the charge. I have no choice but to pay the charge for an obvious defect or issue w/ the vehicle. The service and follow up
Was exceptional from Josh but absorbing a charge for a vehicle under warranty is the hard part to swallow.

Fairly annoyed with the service I received today considering a basic oil change, tire rotation and multi-point inspection took roughly 3 hours to complete. I have never had this kind of maintenance take so long. AT MOST I expect 1.5 hour experience especially since I had an appointment scheduled I should be first priority.

To qualify my answer, I would recommend Airpark as far as Sales is concerned, Service department and cost has always been an issue to me. John Marino’s service when knowing it is non revenue recall work being done, just might make me reconsider using Airpark for servicing my vehicles.
