Wipers were off time due to car wash. Truck was taken back to the shop and "adjusted" but it still wasnt right. Had to figure it out myself and fix the issue that the dealer caused. It's a small thing but doesnt speak well to customer service.

My daughter being young and inexperienced. Made the appointment for first thing in the morning. She thought she was going to be in and out. So when they told her she wouldn’t have the car back Untill the afternoon. She called me to let you know she thought maybe she would get a rental or loaner to get to work and back. She was panicked. So I think maybe in the future it should be explained better to your customer that they may have to wait. I will ask her more questions about her experience. I’m not sure what was promised to her. Maybe she just assumed it would've gone faster.

You guys did for me what Chapman Jeep was not capable of doing ,, or ,, change my oil and rotate tires I paid Chapman $1000S of dollars there and they could not do it sad but I will not be buying another Jeep product because of Doug chapman ,, the worst I ever met in my life

It took too long to solve a simple issue. There were no loaner vehicles available. The communication was not good at all. I got text messages giving me a basic update and I would text or call back with no response whatsoever. Also, when we brought the vehicle in there was nothing wrong with the power steering or stabilitrax and when we got the vehicle back both indicators said they needed to be serviced. Not happy that we brought the car in for one things and had to bring it right back for a non issue the day before.
