The people that helped me were more concerned in telling me my car was fine than realizing there was more wrong than an “easy” fix. My car is already acting back up again and I have a $600 bill for a stupid transmission oil change. Joe the mechanic was very unprofessional talking to a customer with dip in his mouth thinking we were idiots but I do know a lot about cars and my husband is a helicopter and hum-vee mechanic in the Army and we know the transmission needs to be changed. But again, they went for the easy fix for money out of our pocket.
