The technician was not able to help me with the xm Sirius radio. Both xm and Chrysler are pointing fingers at each other. I'm caught in the middle without a solution.

I was told problem with “Chevy Shake” I’ve experienced since day 1 was due to tires and not transmission. When I asked about warranty for tires, Daniel said they could not be covered because tires weren’t rotated “per his records”. I emailed the rotation receipts and left several messages. Haven’t heard back from him.
