I am very pleased with the way Sheila stayed on top of all the details of my service appointment at Airpark. She wasn't the service rep with whom I had the appointment but she saw me waiting in the service line and she got my Grand Cherokee's service underway. I had two specific questions about functionality of the some of the U-Connect functions when I picked up the vehicle and she quickly brought over their expert on that topic and I drove away with my questions answered and a just-washed and serviced Jeep Grand Cherokee. I'll request Sheila in the future.

Been going here for over 2 years now. Routine maintenance and a couple issues that took several times to get fixed right. Then out of nowhere I'm hit with an over $1000 service visit. There was never a plan set in place for repairs coming up, what may be needed in the future. For example, any other time I got an oil change there was no discussion such as next time you may need a transmission flush. Instead what you did was hit me with it all at once, and then tell me it's all critical and necessary work that needs to be performed. I don't know why I clicked recommend Airpark Dodge, because I wouldn't. But I also didn't want it to reflect poorly on the customer service staff. George did a good job, but I will be going to a different location for my next service.
