Josh was wonderful - even though he was under the weather. He took wonderful notes with regard to my concerns, repeated the concerns back, to ensure he had everything listed, explained the different servicing options for 30k check up. He kept me informed throughout the repair / regular maintenance process. I did not purchase my vehicle here, but, if I ever decide to purchase another one, Grapevine Ford will get my business.
