No need for contact. Bridget was fine. Your policy of making appointments when you’re multiple days behind is unsatisfactory. Granted, I received a loaner car but that isn’t convenient for my circumstance because of free parking at DFW with my regular car (special plates). I had to leave my car with you to get in the queue. I was told you were 4 days behind. I dropped my car off on 3 June and it wasn’t even looked at until Wednesday, 12 June, well past 4 days. I understand wanting to keep your mechanics busy but why not stop taking appointments for a few days when you’re that far behind? Bridget isn’t at fault here, your management is. I think you need to amend this policy. Bridget shouldn’t be penalized for your scheduling practices
