Not sure the intake process is very efficient - made the appt. online and was assigned John. Arrived at my appt. time and John was busy with another customer. There were several other folks that weren't busy but I had to wait in the heat by my car until John was done - about 10 minutes. Only to find out that they weren't going to do anything until the next day to see why my "check engine" light was on. Online appt. should indicate that you have to leave your car most likely and figure out a way to get home? They ended up sending me in an Uber. I somehow thought that they would at least hook it up and run diagnostics instead of just indicating that it wouldn't be looked at until the next day?

I've never had a worse experience with a service department ever. Jason started blowing smoke up my **** the moment I met him. My Jeep is still there, and isn't going anywhere until it's fixed. I'm not settling for "it's a poor design, so live with it" answer. It's a safety concern. I've purchased 8 cars from you guys over the past 3 years and I would expect to be treated with some sort of respect.

Waited an hour and 40 minutes for a scheduled tire repair on a pickup and they left the spare tire in the bed of the truck instead of putting it underneath. Leaving me the options of either having them take it back and do it, making me late for work or dealing with it myself in work clothes.
