I was ripped off! He actually made the car worse! I knew a thermostat wouldn't cure an air flow problem. He just didn't fix it to charge me the exorbitant diagnostic fee! He obviously didn't drive the car, or would know it's bucking worse at stops. That would have made the service free. You people should be ashamed.

We made an appt on Tuesday to look at car, after 2 hours, car was still not looked at. I checked with John, just said it would be soon...Why did we make an appointment? Even checking in, it was a little odd. John asked me if I was sure I bought the car there and if I had a warranty and what kind and was giving me rates per hour to diagnose. Are the notes from the appt taker not on there? If he cannot see this info, shouldn't he be able to?
