Customer service was terrible. Employees were rude and didn’t seem to care. Phones did not work properly. They transferred me to nothing, hung up on me and never returned my calls.

I have a Lincoln dealer much closer to me but I got my car in 2015 and felt the service I received then warranted me to return to Grapevine Lincoln. Keep up the great customer service.

I found it difficult to get ahold of Nick. He had my car for hours on end without even a word. He would also wait until just before leaving to call me and tell me that I was going to go another day without my car, without options for a car for me. The worst part was when he called out sick, it took me nine hours to finally get someone to find my car and get my oxygen sensor installed, to which I waited with the new guy service adviser, until about an hour after the rest of the service bay had closed. All in all, it was not a pleasant experience. That doesn't even include the first experience, which took over a week to get a gasket for a catalytic converter, which they stock at O'Reillys. Not impressed. All of this took place within thirty days of purchasing this vehicle. This did not feel like a proper representation of the Chevy brand, and I think they would be ashamed that all of this took place under their title.
