The service manager is a liar his name is John says you do work on my brother's car and then do the work cause Me 2 and 1/2 Weeks Later says he will don't want to do it also they replace the radiator and hoses only two hoses not all the hoses had to go back to get that put on bad service I will never bring my car back to that Nissan dealer

Didn’t properly diagnose vehicle trued to charge me tell me warranty doesn’t cover it but yet they were not sure what the issue is their for my 4 month old truck with 8k miles is going to a reputable mechanic .

Less wait time than expected was great! It was nice that I was offered a ride and refreshments while waiting. Only thing wrong with the visit was that I came home 1 valve cap short!

I was called by SPIREON SKY LINK about my Skylink tracker. They said that my Skylink is not working properly. They said that they tried a re-set it and tried to get a signal from it. They said that there is a long delayed response. It is still not working properly. They told me to schedule an appointment with the dealership to corret it. I could not get a hold of anyone through the phone, so I drove down there and Arron acted like he was too busy for me. He spoke with me and had a mechanic look at it but the mechanic just did a tiny checkup. So Arron said that I need to schedule an appointment in 2 weeks. I said to him that im ready to schedule an appointment right now, as I was there and ready. He walked away. Im upset. Customer service is a big issue. My SKYLINK IS NOT WORKING PROPERELY PER SKYLINK. HELP EDDIE!!
