As to the small latch to hold up my cargo net in the back of my 2016 Edge. Holy cow ???? $58.00 for a 2 1/2 inch tall, 3/4 inch wide plastic injected made part is uncalled for. I’ll be returning it with my complaint letter!

I am very upset that the tires that were supposed to be there for my husband's appt disappeared before he got there, after he was promised they would be there (do appreciate the discount that was given as a result though). Also EXTREMELY frustrated that I keep getting sales calls. I have asked multiple times for the sales calls to stop and at his appointment, he was promised I would be removed from the call list. I got another call yesterday. Really?! I have liked Chevy my whole life and this truck was the first non-Toyota that I got my husband to go for. I am about one sales call from NEVER buying Chevy again.

Logan was great and the vehicle was ready quickly. However, one of the problems I described was not taken care of. They told me it was not broken. So I took Logan out to my vehicle when I was picking it up and showed him. He agreed it was broken. Now I have to take off work again to bring it back in. That is frustrating!! So yes ill refer you but I am not a satisfied customer by any means.
