Everyone was so nice, but took over 5 hours to finish my truck. I think the idle is worse than it was. I will drive it this next week and check it out futher.

The wait at Grapevine ford is ridiculous. I am literally taking my car to Sam Packs for repairs because Laura says she cant even get my car diagnosed for a week- whereas Sam Packs will do it the same day I get it there. Expand your business and hire more people if you need, because a week turnaround to just diagnose is NOT acceptable.
