5 star for Pete. The service managers on the other side are ridiculous, Aaron Mcbride and another mgr sat in their space for 20 minutes while I stood waiting to drop off my truck. It shouldn't take 20 minutes to drop a truck.
Pete was very customer focused and communicated well, much appreciated.

I brought my truck in for an early service as part of my maintenance protection plan on a Saturday morning. Within five minutes the service center had me pulled off the street, where the line ended, and had Jesse helping me with my request for early service and a ‘Lyft’ ride home until my service was complete.
I know Saturdays are busy and I thought the whole service team worked together to get even the last guy in line, me taken care ASAP. Thanks Jesse and Midway service team!

There were other repairs I would have liked to know earlier, so I could have gotten it done. For example, there's an oil leak I would have like to have known before getting the oil change. It doesn't makes sense to get the Oilers change without the repairing the oil leak. The representative didn't call me to update me on this issue.

When I drove in to dealership, my brake pedal had no noise. After the oil and break fluid was replaced, the brakes started having noise. The service representative said that he will order the brake booster.
